Getting Started
Q: How do I know if counselling is right for me?
A: Seeking counselling is a personal decision, but common reasons include feeling overwhelmed, experiencing relationship difficulties, or wanting to understand yourself better. Our free 30-minute introductory call helps you explore if our approach aligns with your needs and allows you to ask any questions you might have.
Q: What happens in the free 30-minute introduction call?
A: During this call, we’ll discuss what brings you to counselling, answer any questions you have about the process, and explore how we might work together. This is also an opportunity to ensure you feel comfortable with our online format and to discuss practical arrangements.
