What we offer
Sometimes it helps to play out scenarios to understand how they might affect you, or even discuss dreams or patterns of thoughts. The goal is always to provide you with a better perspective of your situation, the forces that can affect you, and ways to move forward with healthy, positive outcomes.
Happy clients
Incredibly kind, understanding and supportive. Would absolutely recommend!
Rich has helped me a great deal. Not only has he made me feel reassured & listened too, but also empowered. This service has helped me overcome life long difficulties and I cannot recommend Rich more.
Patient. Kind. Compassionate. Understanding and empathetic. All words I’d use to describe this counselling service. It’s never easy to open up to someone you don’t know, but Rich put me immediately at ease. I would definitely recommend this service, and will be returning.
About me

I am a Gestalt Counsellor and started seeing clients in 2013 through placements at Hampshire charities No Limits and Cruse.
From 2017 to 2019 I set up and ran a counselling service with London charity Positive21. In the past I have worked with LGBT young people who are at risk of sexual exploitation, domestic abuse and neglect as a project worker. I am co-author of “Strength to Talk” which is dedicated to men’s mental health with all proceeds going to the charity Mind.
A career highlight was being able to improve understanding of the risks that LGBT young people face to other mental health professionals at Child Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) County Forum in 2014.
